1. Agreement to Terms

Actirest provides a lifestyle platform focused on promoting balance between physical activity and rest throughout the day. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Personalized daily rhythm frameworks and planning tools
• Community forums and group discussion spaces
• Live and recorded group sessions (depending on membership tier)
• Email newsletters and lifestyle guides
• One-on-one check-in sessions (for applicable membership tiers)

Nothing on the Website or within our services constitutes professional medical, psychological, nutritional, or therapeutic advice. 3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

4. Membership Plans and Payments

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer several membership plans as described on our pricing page. All membership plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated. The current pricing for US-based members is:

• Essential Plan: $29.00 per month
• Balance Plan: $59.00 per month
• Immersive Plan: $99.00 per month

All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes.

4.2 Billing and Payment

By providing payment information, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your payment method for the applicable membership fee plus any applicable taxes on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Payments are due in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

If your payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. Continued failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our membership prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing members will be notified via email. Your continued use of the services after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to pay the new price.

4.4 Refunds

Monthly membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

New members who are not satisfied within the first 7 days of their initial subscription may request a refund by contacting us. This is a one-time courtesy and applies only to first-time subscriptions.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining portion of a billing period.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Actirest Website and services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone's use and enjoyment of the services. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Using the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, other user accounts, or our computer systems or networks
• Uploading or transmitting any viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or extract data from the Website
